34 Stamping PRESSES

Whether small or large parts products, we proudly manufacture with precision and quality. Merit Stamping currently has 34 presses, 10 to 600 ton, capable of producing a broad range of custom stampings using Progressive or Single Shot dies. Whether it's low or high volume production, Merit Stamping can get the job done.

Our experienced and skilled manufacturing team will closely work with your company throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure that the parts we are producing satisfy the quality required per job.

Merit Stamping can work with a variety of materials, such as electro galvanized CRS, HRS, HSLA, Galvanized, Galvanneal, Aluminized, aluminum and Stainless Steel, Beryllium, Brass, Copper and many more. Our press machines are equipped with High Quality Feed-Lines, which allows to deliver coil or sheet metal into a press with accuracy within microns. 

MACHINE SHOP

The die is the foundation of metal stamping and can determine the overall quality of the finished product. Therefore, exceptional tooling design, precise adjustment, and frequent maintenance are essential for successful results.

Our in-house machine shop can guarantee that every piece that ships from our plant meets your quality requirement.  Tooling design, manufacturing, repair, along with global tooling sourcing, helps speed the time to market as well as assures your proprietary designs are safely archived. 

- Our tooling facility is fully equipped with wire EDMs, CNC machines, heat treatment oven, and lathes.

 - In house tooling enables fast tool modification to accommodate client's request.

Merit Stamping has the ability provide our customers with additional services needed to make there job easier. Assembly, welding, riveting, deburring, grinding, tapping and special packaging, Merit Stamping can provide a full range of services fulfilling our customers specifications. Need plating, anodizing or painting? No problem. Our in-house finishing and trusted subcontractors are experts in their respective fields. 

QUALITY CONTROL

Merit Stamping Quality Management System is based on the ISO 9001:2015 , IATF 16949:2016(automotive standards). Our QC ensures high quality products to our customers with highly precise measurement equipment such as a CMM, profile projector and microscopes. In addition to this, Merit Stamping is focuses on 5's activities and continuous improvements to guarantee and exceed quality and customer satisfaction.
